Filika EYS is a correspondence solution that enables enterprises to create,
maintain and follow up internal and external electronic medium correspondence.
System features include: Form Designer, Flow Description Module, Digital
Signature Integration.
Form Designer in Filika EYS enables enterprises to easily create correspondence
templates with Drag & Drop.
Flow Description Module enables individual correspondence template definition
for each template.
Digital Signature Integration enables enterprises to keep in which content a
document is confirmed by an employee in each step of the confirmation.
History Module records all the stages of a correspondence until the date of
issue.
Filika EYS is developed using Java and JSP technologies, and operates on Oracle
9i and 10g platforms. The Filika DYS Document Management System is built into
the infrastructure of the application. Also employed is the TAYFA Organization
Application developed by Filika that supports the Matrix Organization Structure
and enables the role-based system operation. Filika EYS is fully integrated with
Filika Documents Followup System.
